Can I return a product?
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
The item is unused and still sealed in its original packaging
You have a receipt or order number
What items cannot be returned?
Opened perfumes or used cosmetics
Sale or discounted items
Custom or special orders
Do I get a full refund?
If approved, you’ll get a refund for the product price. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Who pays for return shipping?
If we made a mistake (wrong item, damaged, expired): We cover it
If you changed your mind: You cover it
