✅ Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order if:
The request is made within 1 hour of placing the order.
The order has not been shipped or prepared for delivery.

❌ Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
We are unable to cancel your order if:
Your order has already been shipped or is in transit.
Your product is a custom or special order.
You requested cancellation after the 1-hour window.
In such cases, you may be eligible to request a return once the item has been delivered. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
💸 Cancellation Refunds
If your cancellation request is approved:
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
If your order was already shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔁 Changing Your Order
If you wish to make changes (e.g., update address, change product or quantity), please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
