Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Opened perfumes and used cosmetics
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Personal care or hygiene products
Items damaged after delivery (not due to our error)
Custom or special orders
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In some cases, we may grant a partial refund, such as:
Products with damaged packaging (not caused by us)
Items missing parts not due to our error
Items returned after the 7-day window (if approved)

Once your return is received and inspected:
We’ll send you an email confirming receipt.
You’ll be notified if your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 3–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or mobile wallet.
Contact your bank — sometimes there’s a delay in posting.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
If you need to exchange your item for the same one, email us at:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is received. A gift voucher will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund total.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
