Cancellation Policy

At Matrec Collection, we understand that plans can change. We aim to offer flexible options for cancellations, as long as your order hasn’t been processed or shipped.


Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order if:

  • The request is made within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • The order has not been shipped or prepared for delivery.

Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

We are unable to cancel your order if:

  • Your order has already been shipped or is in transit.

  • Your product is a custom or special order.

  • You requested cancellation after the 1-hour window.

In such cases, you may be eligible to request a return once the item has been delivered. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.


💸 Cancellation Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

If your order was already shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.


🔁 Changing Your Order

If you wish to make changes (e.g., update address, change product or quantity), please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
